Fertitta Interactive, an entity set up by Station Casino Inc. owners and managers Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta and other casino executives, has entered into a partnership with a popular online poker site, Full Tilt Poker.

The partnership, which was forged last year, is expected to be announced by the companies on Thursday. The news

marks the second time in a week that major casino-affiliated entities have forged bonds with poker Web sites that operate in the U.S. in murky legal territory.
