A planned Las Vegas charter airline would feature “straight to room” baggage service, mood lighting and holographs of celebrities, the Las Vegas Sun reported Monday.
LV Air would fly four nonstop flights a day between New York’s John F. Kennedy
According to the story, passengers would be able to check their baggage in New York and find it waiting in their hotel room, get their hotel keys and concierge access at flight check-in and eat in-flight meals prepared by Las Vegas chefs.
The planes would feature first-class cabins with casino-designed decor, uniforms, decor and food; club music and mood lighting in the main cabin; and safety briefings by holographic images of Las Vegas celebrities, living or dead.
Imagine Las Vegas Elvis telling you what to do in the event of a water landing.
The airline hopes to start flying by August.
