The sign next to the River Spirit Casino near 81st Street and Riverside Drive displays the facility's temporary closure because of a water outage after a water main break Sunday morning. Water to the casino and the nearby River Spirit Event Center was cut off following the break, officials said. The break may have been caused by the recent dip in temperatures, said Tulsa Fire Department Capt. Adam Balogh.
