The first piece of downloadable content for action role-playing game Fallout: New Vegas will debut on the Xbox 360 December 21, publisher Bethesda Softworks says.

The DLC, titled "Dead Money," features players working with three wastelanders "to recover the legendary treasure of the Sierra Madre Casino," says the publisher in a statement.

The download will sell for 800 Microsoft points ($10).

It's not clear what new gear or weapons will be available to players exploring the "Dead Money" DLC.

Bethesda has shown pretty strong support for its Fallout titles, such as the five downloadable quests released following the launch of 2008's Fallout 3.

Readers, looking forward to "Dead Money"?
