BOSTON (AP) — Massachusetts gambling regulators are receiving a long-awaited investigative report into allegations of sexual misconduct against casino mogul Steve Wynn.
The state Gaming Commission is expected to be handed the report for its review Friday after the state recently reached a settlement with the former Wynn Resorts CEO, who had sued in Nevada to block its release.
But the report won’t be made public until the commission holds public hearings later on whether Wynn Resorts is still suitable to hold a license for the Boston-area casino it plans to open June 23.
The commission on Thursday released extensively redacted copies of the settlement with Wynn as well as related executive session meetings minutes. On Friday, it reported February revenue figures for the state’s other two casinos, MGM Springfield and Plainridge Park.
