Purdue University Dining & Catering has unveiled a new ice cream flavor in honor of the university’s sesquicentennial celebration. Boiler Tracks, created in part by food science students, features vanilla ice cream with a mix of chocolate pieces, toffee and caramel. The ice cream was developed through a partnership between Dining & Catering and students in a capstone class in the Department of Food Science.
