Get ready to pull out your credit card if you’re a fan of Jerry Seinfeld. You could be using it on or before Black Friday.
For starters, the Brooklyn-born stand-up and TV legend will be appearing at The Show in Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa on March 2. According to a news release, this is his first performance in the The Show and will mark the venue’s 10th anniversary. Another performer with a New York state of mind, Billy Joel, inaugurated the 2,101-seat venue on Feb. 12, 2009.
Tickets are $125-$175 and will go on sale to the general public at 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17. There is a limit of six per customer.
The Show is at 32-250 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage.
Seinfeld is not listing any other California tour dates on his website.
There’s also a smaller purchase you might want to make if you’re a fan. It’s from some heavy metal musicians who are fans of “Seinfeld,” the NBC sitcom that ran 1989-1998. They are releasing an EP called “Grindfeld” on Nov. 23. “Five Songs About Nothing” takes its song titles from classic “Seinfeld” episodes: “The Contest”; “Soup Nazi”; “The Limousine”; “The Bizarro Jerry”; and “The Letter.” Download will cost $5.
