(KMOV)-- St. Louis city leaders and casino developers are throwing a hail mary in their effort to land the state's 13th gaming license.
A report issued by the Missouri Gaming Commission Friday seems to favor the Isle of Capri Casino project in Cape Girardeau.

But Monday, developers sent a new report to the

They also announced a new partner in the project, The Tropicana Casino Company.
The city stands to gain 600 jobs and $11 million a year in revenue if the casino celebration is built near the Chain of Rocks Bridge.

The gaming commission is expected to announce a decision on Wednesday.
