Everyone has their eye on Richmond. The Virginia city has received multiple proposals for a major casino property, and the latest company to throw its hat in the ring is Bally’s Corporation. Bally’s proposal includes a $650 million casino resort that would take 18 months to build. Richmond’s ABC affiliate has more.Â
