One thing that has always struck me about covering what the casinos are serving for big holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas is the sheer amount of options, from fancy multi-course meals to buffets. At least that’s how it is in a normal year.
Like pretty much everything in 2020, casino dining has changed in response to the pandemic. There are no buffets this year and generally there are fewer options than previous years, but there are still some tasty offerings. And if you prefer to dine at home, many casinos have take-home feasts on the menu.

Ohio’s casinos saw an uptick in gaming revenue in October, but it’s likely that they’ll be seeing less foot traffic again now that the Gov. Mike DeWine said he would implement a three-week curfew starting today. The curfew affects individuals, not businesses, but some casinos have already changed their hours in accordance with the curfew. The Las Vegas Review-Journal has more.
