The Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians, in partnership with the Soboba Foundation and Soboba Casino Resort, is holding its annual toy drive.
Those who bring a toy valued at $20 or more to the Soboba Casino Resort Event Center between noon and 8 p.m. Nov. 19, Nov. 26 or Dec. 3 will receive a $40 voucher for free slot play at the casino, according to a press release.
The Event Center is at the east end of the complex, at 22777 Soboba Road in San Jacinto. Volunteers will be on hand throughout the collection period to assist donors. The casino is accessible from the Event Center.
The toys will be distributed to children throughout the San Jacinto Valley.
“It is such a nice feeling to pull together as a community like this and help put a smile on a child’s face,” Geneva Mojado, Soboba Foundation president, said in the press release.
