Revenue at Detroits three casinos grew 3.1% in October, compared with the same month last year, according to the Michigan Gaming Control Board.
MGM Grand Detroit, the citys highest grossing casino, led the way with a 4.2% increase. Motorcity Casino was next with a 3.7% increase
MGM captured 41% of the market, Motorcity had 33% and Greektown had 26%, according to the figures.
So far this year, total casino revenues are running about 3% ahead of 2009 figures, according to Gaming Board data.
