O.J. Simpson is sprinting to court so he can sue a Las Vegas casino that permanently bounced him from the premises, according to a letter from his lawyer.
Simpson’s attorney said the disgraced Hall of Famer will be suing The Cosmopolitan Casino for at least $100 million over its allegedly bogus claim that he was drunk and disruptive during a Nov. 8 visit.
The casino “singled out Mr. Simpson amongst his non-African American friends and subsequently expelled him for what turned out to be a fake reason while he peacefully visited the Cosmopolitan,” Malcolm LaVergne said in the letter posted on Twitter.
The letter demands the casino holds on to all evidence related to the incident.
Simpson was released from a Nevada prison in October, after spending nine years in prison on an armed robbery conviction.
