A couple missing since a Mother's Day trip to a casino have been found, with the husband dead and the woman severely dehydrated.
The family's private investigator told CBS 2 that Cecil "Paul" Knutson, 79 and Dianna Bedwell, 67 of Fullerton were both found on Sunday, near the Lost Valley Boy Scout Camp at Chihuahua Valley Road. According to San Diego's FOX 5, Knutson and Bedwell were supposed to be back at their son's home in La Quinta on May 10 but never made it back.
The couple were last seen leaving the Valley View Casino in San Diego County around 2 p.m. on May 10. Bill Garcia, a private investigator hired by the family of Knutson and Bedwell to work on the case, told NBC San Diego that he thinks they had gone off road in a secluded area in a car accident, which is why they hadn't been found in two weeks.
