Baltimore City police said they found a child left unattended in a vehicle at a Horseshoe Casino Saturday afternoon.
Police said the child was sleeping in the car with a window open about 3 inches.
Authorities said they found the child’s mother, 25-year-old Jade Loren Germany, playing roulette. Police said Germany told them she needed money and that’s why she came to the casino.
Authorities took Germany into custody and turned the child over to Child Protective Services.
