CLEVELAND — Horseshoe Casino Cleveland plans to reopen Tuesday at 4 p.m. after it closed Monday due to extreme weather.
Horseshoe Casino closed at 3 a.m. Monday morning. ThistleDown Racino remained open while all dining options were closed until further notice.
The Horseshoe tweeted the changes:
Meanwhile, both Boston Mills Brandywine, Polar Blast and Alpine Valley ski resorts are closed until Wednesday due to the windchill forecast.
General manager Josh Boyd said the resorts are set to resume regular operating hours on Wednesday. He said the decision was based on safety for staff, customers and equipment.

The Akron Zoo was closed Monday and will remain closed Tuesday as well.
Most of northeast Ohio is currently under a Winter Storm Warning and Wind Chill Warning, with temperatures reaching record-breaking lows.
