When Spears found out that the secret was no longer a secret, she sent out a tweet via Twitter to her followers, asking them to attend the show: “Looks like my little secret isn’t a secret anymore. Who’s coming to watch me take the stage TONIGHT? You’re all invited. Be there or be square b***ch!”
At the event, attended by between 800-1500 fans, she performed her hit song Hold it Against Me, Til the World Ends and her new song Big Fat Boss from her upcoming album Femme Fatale, which will be released everywhere on March 29th. The concert was also filmed by MTV to air next week, reportedly.
George Maloof, who owns the Palms said the following about Spears’ performance: “We are extremely excited to have one of the most iconic artists of all time back at the Palms. Britney’s performances were unbelievable and her fans will never forget the night. We have a great relationship with MTV and feel fortunate to be a part of her upcoming special.”
