MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Country Crossing casino owner Ronnie Gilley is asking a federal judge to let him out of jail pending his trail on gambling corruption charges in June.
U.S. District Judge Myron Thompson has scheduled a hearing for Gilley on Monday morning in Montgomery.
A federal magistrate judge ordered Gilley to jail a month ago
Gilley and nine others are accused of buying and selling votes on pro-gambling legislation.
