MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - A federal judge has revoked the bond of Country Crossing casino developer Ronnie Gilley and sent him to jail pending his trial in April.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Terry Moorer ruled Monday evening that Gilley had violated the conditions of his release on bond. Federal marshals
The judge ruled after listening to former Country Crossing lobbyist Jarrod Massey testify that Gilley offered him a financial incentive not to plead guilty in the case in December.
Gilley's attorney, Doug Jones, said he plans to appeal.
