New Jersey could provide as much as $200 million over 20 years to jump start a stalled Atlantic City casino project, but the state is hoping to recoup some or all of that investment.
In return for assisting the Revel casino project, the state would have a stake in the future success of the company under a plan to be reviewed by state
If the project reaches certain milestones, the state could get paid back, people with knowledge of the deal said.
