ERIE, Pa. (AP) - The Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority has postponed discussion of a lawsuit filed by a public television and radio company that wants a share of public money generated by an area casino.

The Erie Times-News reports the authority was expected to discuss the lawsuit Thursday in executive session, but couldn't do that because its attorney was busy and couldn't attend the meeting.
The authority next meets Feb. 10.
