simple performance; it probably doesn’t hurt that it’s a New Year’s Eve performance.

The music star is reportedly making $1 million for his performance at Vegas’ new Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino, states Hollyscoop. Jay-Z will reportedly be performing along with Coldplay for the invitation-only celebration.

There will allegedly be 2,500 guests, so Jay-Z will definitely have to put on a show and earn his paycheck.
