According to police reports on the incident, the alleged scam ran from Feb. 1 through Feb. 14 at a mini-Baccarat table at the Fourth Street facility. The dealer, a 45-year-old Kenmore man, is accused of paying out winnings on a series of losing bets placed by the other suspect, a 54-year-old Guelph, Ont., man.

According to casino officials, the dealer paid winnings of between $3,200 and $5,600 per occurrence, with four documented transactions occurring over the two-week period.
