A LaBelle man landed in jail Saturday morning, after Collier County sheriff’s deputies said he urinated on the floor of in the Seminole Indian Casino’s bar area.

The deputy approached the female employee, who told the deputy she had just seen a man wearing a hat pee in a cup.
Another deputy who also witnessed the event said the man had actually relieved himself on the floor, reports said.
Both deputies caught up with the man, later identified as 29-year-old Gil Lee Yzaguirre, as he was trying to exit the casino, and noticed that he was having trouble walking in a straight line and had slurred speech.
Yzaguirre, of the 200 block of LaBelle, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure in public, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence.
