MGM Resorts wraps $73M Atlantic City land sale - BusinessWeek

MGM Resorts International said Thursday it has completed the sale of 11.3 acres of land and four ground leases at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, N.J., for about $73 million.

The casino operator sold the parcels and leases to Vornado Realty Trust

and Geyser Holdings.

MGM Resorts continues to own roughly 85 acres of developable land in Atlantic City, of which approximately 70 acres are adjacent to The Borgata.
