A Western New York couple gambling at the Seneca Niagara Casino mysteriously lost consciousness while using the slot machines.

The Buffalo News reported that the Barker couple and another woman went to the casino on Friday morning. The man won a pair of $30 redemption tickets while he was there, and had $200 cash in his pocket.

While the man and his wife were at a slot machine, they both passed out. They were taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center by ambulance where they woke up later.

The man told police that his redemption tickets and cash were gone from his pockets when he woke up.

The couple were unable to explain how they might have lost consciousness, police told The Buffalo News.
