Police in Lincoln are asking the public to help them locate a man accused of masturbating in front of a woman at Twin River Casino.
Authorities said 30-year-old Timothy B. Stanley is wanted on an active warrant for disorderly conduct.
A patron at the casino told police she was sitting in her car in the parking lot on Feb. 19 waiting for her mother around 10 p.m. when the suspect approached her.
“The suspect then moved to the driver’s side window and began masturbating in front of her,” police noted. “The female victim then quickly drove away and contacted Casino Security.”
Police said Stanley is 6 feet 4 inches tall and of medium build. His complexion is light.
While authorities shared a photo of the suspect, his appearance is slightly different. He now has an unkempt beard and mustache, and his hair is longer than depicted in the picture.
Stanley also has several last known addresses, including in Foxborough, North Attleborough, as well as Cumberland.
“He is most likely in living with a girlfriend somewhere in Massachusetts,” authorities said.
