Men Attack and Attempt to Rob Casino Winner - NBC Philadelphia

A man was assaulted on Saturday, October 16, after having won close to $2,000 in cash at the Sugar House Casino.

According to investigators, the 26-year-old victim was walking back to his home in Cinnaminson, New Jersey when he was struck in the head by two men both armed with handguns.

The men then attempted to rob the victim who was able to wrestle them to the ground. The victim called for the police causing the attackers as well as another man who had observed the attack to flee the scene.

After contacting the authorities, the victim went to the hospital where he was treated for a serious cut on the head and lacerations on the face and ear.

Police have identified two suspects using security footage from the casino. They also believe that the suspects drive a gold colored 4-door Chevy Impala.

The victim described his attackers as two young black males. They are wanted for attempted armed robbery and aggravated assault.
