Police say two Foxwoods workers pocketed $3,000 from the casino’s bank drop Saturday.

Bryan Olmeda, 23, of Flintock Road in Ledyard, who makes bank drops from the casino’s bingo games, was charged with third-degree larceny after casino officials noticed the bingo cash drop was $3,000 short. Later that day, police said, a second Foxwoods employee, Christopher Gnatowski, 25, of

Mortimer Road in Moosup, was found with $2,000 of the money, and he was charged with conspiring to commit third-degree larceny.

The two are due to answer their charges Oct. 29 in New London Superior Court.
