PARIS (Dow Jones)--French retailer Casino Guichard Perrachon SA (CO.FR) Wednesday reported 0.7% growth in third quarter sales from continuing operations, lifted by growth in Latin America and as improvement at its French chains Leader Price and Geant helped temper weak consumption in its home market.
