MINNEAPOLIS - The new owners of the half-empty Block-E Complex downtown Minneapolis may want to test their luck in trying to lure in a casino.
The Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal reported that Alatus, which bought Block-E last summer, is considering adding a high-end casino to the location.
Owners said they are looking at many options for the site.
A casino would require
Alatus paid $14 million for the site last July and assumed just under $30 million in debt.
