The deadline is approaching for a decision from Washington on a new Indian casino in the Catskills -- and The New York Times is reporting it probably is not going to happen.
Former Gov. David Paterson cut the deal with a Wisconsin tribe, which wants to open its half-billion-dollar casino on 333 acres near Monticello.

The Times says the interior department has already told the tribe that its bid has run into problems.
The tribe says it will take the issue to court.
