Maryland's two slots casinos made about $10.8 million in January, according to The Baltimore Sun.

The Hollywood Casino in Perryville, which opened in September, made $7.7 million or $165.96 a day per machine. The casino has 1,500 slot machines.

Ocean Downs near Ocean City took in $3 million in revenue, or $144.54 a day per machine since opening Jan. 4.
