MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - A federal judge is holding a hearing on whether to revoke the bond of Country Crossing casino developer Ronnie Gilley.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Terry Moorer set the hearing for Monday morning. The hearing was originally set for a week ago, but the judge delayed it at Gilley's

request to allow the casino developer to get medical treatment in Birmingham.

Prosecutors have asked the judge to revoke Gilley's bond in Alabama's gambling probe. That's because they say he tried to stop his former lobbyist from pleading guilty to bribing legislators.

Gilley's attorney says nothing happened.
