The Pennsylvania Gaming Control board said today that it won't award the state's last resort casino license - which is sought by sites in Hampden

Twp., near Gettysburg and others - at its meeting Thursday.

Board spokesman Doug Harbach said the board is still reviewing the evidence from the four plans vying for the license, which allows up to 50 table games and 600 slots.

If the board does award the license, some of its members will have changed. Terms for four of the seven board members, those appointed by the Legislature, are up next week. Two of those members are at their term limit.
