5 charged with using fake casino chips in Singapore

SINGAPORE -- Five Indian nationals stand accused of allegedly using fake casino chips at the Marina Bay Sands casino Singapore, according to the Times of

India.

The alleged chips were worth S$1,000 a piece and the men allegedly exchanged them into smaller genuine chips, the report explained.

The men were arrested at the airport and could face seven years in prison and a significant fine if convicted, the Times of India reported.
