police were called to the Mill just before two in the morning to investigate the charges.

Upon completion of the investigation, police say they arrested 21 year old Remington Siegrist, of Myrtle Point, on first degree rape, two counts of first degree sodomy, and three counts of first degree sexual abuse.

The reported victim, a 46 year old woman from Longview, Washington, was taken to the emergency room at Bay Area Hospital by ambulance.

Police report he had only met Siegrist at the casino earlier that night.

Siegrist is being held at Coos County Jail.
