CHARLESTON, S.C. -- 

There may not be casino boats cruises from North Charleston as soon as expected.

The Post and Courier of Charleston reports Wednesday that delays like setting up a parking lot to handle customers could mean the cruises won't start until February at the earliest. Officials had originally hoped to be cruising by January.
