CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - The $125 million dollar Cape casino is coming to Cape at the same time something else may be leaving: ash trays.
The casino will be home to three restaurants, an observation deck and over a thousand gaming machines.
But it may also be home to the only Missouri gaming site that does not allow on-site
Cape Breathe Easy, a group against smoking in public places, said they have the votes needed to put a smoking ban on April's ballot. For reaction from local business people, watch the video.
